Long Range Weather Forecast for July 12th - September 11th

July 2013
12th-15th. Turning stormy, with showery and heavy rains.
16th-19th. Drying out, with gusty winds.
20th-23rd. Warm to hot, followed by scattered showers.
24th-27th. Gusty winds accompany occasional rain showers.
28th-31st. Lingering shower activity.
August 2013
1st-3rd. Mostly fair and warm to hot.
4th-7th. A few showers for British Columbia Day.
8th-11th. Fair, turning unsettled.
12th-15th. Clearing skies.
16th-19th. Rainy weather develops.
20th-23rd. Warm to hot, with a scattering of showers.
24th-27th. A few residual showers.
28th-31st. Initially fair, then wet.
September 2013
1st-3rd. Clearing for Labour Day holiday.
4th-7th. Pleasant, turning stormy.
8th-11th. Fair and pleasant.

Helpful Weather Links
If you notice a hole in the upper left-hand corner of your Farmers' Almanac, don't return it to the store! That hole isn't a defect; it's a part of history. Starting with the first edition of the Farmers' Almanac in 1818, readers used to nail holes into the corners to hang it up in their homes, barns, and outhouses (to provide both reading material and toilet paper). In 1910, the Almanac's publishers began pre-drilling holes in the corners to make it even easier for readers to keep all of that invaluable information (and paper) handy.
