16th-19th. Showers and thundery weather for the Great lakes region, then skies turning fair.
20th-23rd. Hot, followed by more scattered showers and thunderstorms.
24th-27th. Very hot! Temperatures climb well into the 90's.
28th-31st. Thunderstorms streak east over the Ohio River.
August 2013
1st-3rd. "3-H" weather-hazy, hot and humid.
4th-7th. Turning wet, followed by clearing.
8th-11th. Fair, dry, and pleasantly warm.
12th-15th. Scattered thunderstorms, especially Illinois and Michigan.
16th-19th. Hot and dry, then showers arrive.
20th-23rd. Showery for Ohio River east, then fair and pleasant.
24th-27th. Unsettled for the Great Lakes.
28th-31st. Fair and pleasant.
September 2013
1st-3rd. Wet Illinois, Michigan area for Labor Day weekend, then fair.
4th-7th. Pleasant late summer weather.
8th-11th. Thunderstorms move east, turning fair.
