Long Range Weather Forecast for July 12th - September 11th

July 2013
12th-15th. Fair and continued hot.
16th-19th. Showers and thunderstorms sweep from western Ontario east, then fair.
20th-23rd. Hot, followed by scattered showers and thunderstorms.
24th-27th. Unseasonably hot conditions persist.
28th-31st. Stormy weather streaks east across the province.
August 2013
1st-3rd. Fair skies and hot.
4th-7th. Becoming wet for the Civic Holiday, from western Ontario east, followed by clearing.
8th-11th. Fair.
12th-15th. Stormy, then fair.
16th-19th. Hot and dry, turning wet.
20th-23rd. A shower, then fair and pleasant.
24th-27th. Stormy.
28th-31st. Fair and pleasant.
September 2013
1st-3rd. Hopefully wet weather moves out for Labour Day as skies clear.
4th-7th. Pleasant.
8th-11th. Thunderstorms into Great Lakes east, then fair.

Helpful Weather Links
If you notice a hole in the upper left-hand corner of your Farmers' Almanac, don't return it to the store! That hole isn't a defect; it's a part of history. Starting with the first edition of the Farmers' Almanac in 1818, readers used to nail holes into the corners to hang it up in their homes, barns, and outhouses (to provide both reading material and toilet paper). In 1910, the Almanac's publishers began pre-drilling holes in the corners to make it even easier for readers to keep all of that invaluable information (and paper) handy.
